Intellectual Property Rights
At Buildigo, everything we have built, our brand, our platform, our processes, our content, and our materials, represents years of thinking, effort, and refinement. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously, and we extend the same respect to the intellectual property of others.
This page explains what we own, how we protect it, what we expect from those who interact with our work, and how to reach us if you believe your intellectual property rights have been affected.
What We Own
All intellectual property associated with Buildigo is owned exclusively by Buildigo Technologies Private Limited unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes the following:
Brand Identity and Trademarks
The Buildigo name, logo, wordmark, taglines, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks of Buildigo Technologies Private Limited. They are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable Indian trademark law.
Unauthorised use of the Buildigo name, logo, or any element of our brand identity, whether in print, digital, or any other medium, is strictly prohibited. This includes use in a manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or association with Buildigo without our explicit written consent.
Website Content and Copy
All text, images, graphics, layouts, page structures, and written content published on our website are original works created by or for Buildigo. They are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
No part of our website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from Buildigo.
Proprietary Processes and Methodologies
The frameworks, workflows, procurement methodologies, evaluation structures, and commercial approaches developed by Buildigo are proprietary. They reflect the accumulated knowledge and experience of our team and form a core part of how we deliver value to our clients.
These methodologies may not be replicated, adapted, or presented as your own, whether for commercial or non commercial purposes, without explicit written authorisation from Buildigo.
Software and Technology Platform
Any software, tools, systems, dashboards, or technology infrastructure developed by or for Buildigo is protected under applicable intellectual property law. This includes source code, system architecture, user interfaces, data models, and any related technical documentation.
Unauthorised access to, copying of, or tampering with our technology platform is prohibited and may constitute a violation of both intellectual property law and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Marketing and Creative Materials
All marketing materials, presentations, proposals, brochures, campaign assets, and creative content produced by or for Buildigo are protected works. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used for any purpose outside of the context in which they were shared without our written consent.
Permitted Use
You may view and access content on our website for personal, informational, and non commercial purposes. You may share links to our website or reference our publicly available content, provided you clearly attribute it to Buildigo and do not alter or misrepresent it in any way.
Any use beyond this requires prior written permission. To request permission, please write to us at business@buildigo.in with details of what you intend to use and for what purpose.
What We Expect From Others
Anyone engaging with Buildigo, whether as a client, supplier, partner, or visitor to our website, is expected to respect our intellectual property rights. This means not copying, reproducing, or distributing our content without permission, not using our brand name or logo in any way that implies unauthorised association, not reverse engineering, replicating, or building upon our proprietary processes or technology, and not presenting our work, methodologies, or materials as your own.
We also expect the same standards to apply in the other direction. We respect the intellectual property of others and do not use, reproduce, or distribute third party content, branding, or materials without appropriate authorisation.
Filing an IPR Complaint
If you believe that any content, material, or activity associated with Buildigo infringes your intellectual property rights, we want to hear from you. We take all such complaints seriously and will review them promptly.
To file a complaint, please write to us at business@buildigo.in with the following information:
- Your full name, designation, and contact details, including your email address and phone number.
- The name of the organisation you represent, if applicable.
- A clear description of the intellectual property you own or represent, including the type of IP, such as trademark, copyright, or patent.
- Evidence of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder, such as a registration certificate, licence agreement, or other supporting documentation.
- A specific description of the content or activity you believe infringes your rights, including the relevant URL or location on our platform where the alleged infringement appears.
- A statement confirming that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
Complaints that do not include sufficient information may not be actionable. We recommend providing as much detail as possible to allow us to investigate efficiently.
Our Review Process
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days. We will then conduct an internal review of the complaint, assess the validity of the claim against the information provided, and take appropriate action where the complaint is found to be valid. This may include removal or restriction of the concerned content, suspension of access to the relevant material, or further correspondence with the complainant regarding next steps.
We aim to complete our review and communicate an outcome within 15 business days of receiving a complete and valid complaint. Complex cases may take longer, and we will keep you informed if that is the case.
Counter Notice
If you believe that content associated with Buildigo has been incorrectly identified as infringing, or if you believe a complaint filed against you is without merit, you may submit a counter notice to business@buildigo.in.
Your counter notice should include your contact details, a description of the content in question, your reasons for believing the original complaint is incorrect or unfounded, and a statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
We will review all counter notices with the same care and thoroughness as original complaints.
Misuse of the Complaints Process
We take a firm position against the misuse of intellectual property complaints as a means of removing legitimate content or causing harm to others. Any complaint found to be deliberately misleading, false, or submitted in bad faith will be disregarded, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action in response.
Legal Remedies
Nothing in this policy limits Buildigo's right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable Indian law in cases of intellectual property infringement. This includes but is not limited to remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Patents Act, 1970, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other applicable legislation.
We reserve the right to take civil or criminal action where infringement is deliberate, significant, or causes material harm to Buildigo or its stakeholders.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our intellectual property portfolio, applicable law, or internal processes. Any updates will be published on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
